Moo Cow Frozen Yoghurt @Pyramid

froyo-yo. who doesn't love froyo? i mean i don't believe in the whole healthier version of ice-cream thing but i just love fro-yo. with moo cow, they have 2 monthly flavouts and the pure original. when i happened to visit it was orange-mango and rootbeer. so i just tried both. i also tried the fig one which i thought was pretty good and the wheatgrass one which i thought was plain weird. moo cow froyos are a tad bit more sour than other froyos like tuttifrutti but that is what i absolutely love about it. but its also very milky in some ways making me feel very filled up every time i have this. its like i want to eat moo-cow, i eat it, then, i don't want to eat it for the next month. haha because i feel super sick of it after a whole cone or a whole cup of it.

you get to pick toppings from fruits, to nuts, and seeds. i normally take mine plain though.

if you have not tried froyo, u have to, and moo cow is hell-yummy.

ooh my gas @ pavillion kl

ooh my gas is a novel kind of ice-cream, basically using liquid nitrogen to freeze the mixture on the spot, giving you ice-cream, on the spot, its like magiccccc! hah! basically you get to kind of create your ice-cream, which is kinda cool, well for me, i like coming up with stuffs, weird experimenting in the kitchen is my forte.

if you are wondering what's the difference between normal ice-cream and liquid-nitro ice-cream
1. nitro ice-cream sounds cooler, right no? freeze on the spot wei.
2. supposedly the ice-cream is supposed to be smoother due to some crystal-thingy-thing-chemistry stuffs which yea, okay i'll stop trying to explain and its' just smoother than normal ice-cream lah.

so, first you get to choose your base, either ice-cream, gelato, or soymilk. then you get to choose your flavour from a wide array of flavours. there's loads of fruity flavours and the standard one as well (strawberry, grape, pea-but-nutter(peanut butter makes us go a little nuts), nutella, green tea, black sesame) just to name a few. you too get to choose what colour you want your ice-cream to be. so bascially you can choose caramel gelato, with blue colouring, making your caramel ice-cream blue. its like super mindfucked when you're eating your ice-cream. then you choose your topping.

so i had the black sesame, gelato base, topped with peanuts, and grape soymilk with no topping. i opted for no colouring, just cuz i wasn't feeling funky that day. i thought the grape soy was pretty good, but the black sesame gelato lacked black sesame flavour. it just didn't have that punch of black sesame i was hoping for. priced about 12.90 a cup, i would much rather go for the goma ice-creams in japanese restaurants. i would go back for the fruity-soy flavours cuz those were something different for your palette, not your usual flavour you get elsewhere.

remember, if you want to experience the wtf moment of having like green nutella ice-cream, this is your opportunity.
